SC2013 gets underway today! Fitness testing and body comp to start. By Monday we’ll have the teams organised, and you’ll receive your first challenge to complete with them.

Look out for an email Monday morning with details of:

– how to log your workouts and nutrition habits

– advice on your training schedule and at home workouts for when you can’t make the gym

– goal setting tips to kick this thing off right

– nutrition resources

Spring Challenge 2013 Fitness Baseline Test

Front Squat 5 rep max, taken from the floor, in 7mins,

rest 3mins

rest 3mins

7 Burpee Box Jumps (or Stepups)

7 DB Snatch 20/12.5 (any way)

AMRAP in 7 mins.  This workout is not scaled, except for injury.

Please ensure your score is on the whiteboard (neat and tidy! 🙂 if participating in the challenge.

Body comp testing will be happening before each workout, which will kick off roughly every half hour from 730am.
