Today’s workout is serious business.

CrossFit NZ – the original, the underground , the wise and weathered old master, is going up against Reebok CrossFit 09, the new, brash, bright, loud commercial youngster in a virtual gym comp!
There are two ways you can score points for your gym.
1) Turn up today! We’ll score Monday’s attendance as a percent of total membership base.
2) Complete the workout and get your score up on the whiteboard.
Points will be given to the top 10 mens and womens scores and also we’ll average all the mens and all the womens scores for another points opportunity.

WORKOUT
In 20mins, find your highest Ground to Shoulder to Overhead.
Then,
Shoulder to Overhead 40/25kg
Box Jumps/Stepups 60/50cm
Burpees
Rest
One minute at each station
3 rounds for total reps.
